How It Works

IPL Working Theory
IPL uses broad-spectrum pulsed light to penetrate the skin and selectively target melanin and hemoglobin in hair follicles and pigmented lesions.
The light energy is absorbed by these target chromophores and converted into heat energy, which:
Destroys hair follicles to achieve long-term hair reduction
Breaks down pigmentation such as freckles and age spots
Closes small blood vessels to reduce redness
Stimulates collagen production for skin rejuvenation
Because surrounding skin absorbs much less light energy, the treatment is safe, selective, and non-invasive, leaving normal skin tissue unharmed.
Q-switch Laser Working Theory
The Q-switched laser delivers ultra-short, high-energy pulses that are selectively absorbed by pigments in the skin, such as tattoo ink, melanin and carbon particles. The energy breaks the pigment into tiny particles, which are gradually removed by the body’s natural metabolism. At the same time, the laser stimulates collagen production, helping improve skin tone, pore size and overall skin rejuvenation with minimal damage to surrounding tissue.
