Shipping & Logistics Policy

Business Model Notice

Our products are professional beauty equipment primarily supplied through a B2B business model, including sales to beauty salons, clinics, distributors, and other commercial users.

Due to the technical and high-value nature of beauty devices, all orders require manual confirmation before shipment.


Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders placed on this website are considered purchase requests, not automatic shipment orders.

  • After receiving your order, our sales team will contact you to confirm:

    • Product model and configuration

    • Voltage and technical requirements

    • Shipping destination and logistics method

    • Final price, taxes, and duties (if applicable)

  • Orders will be processed only after confirmation and payment completion.

Processing time typically ranges from 3–7 business days after order confirmation, excluding manufacturing or customization time.


Shipping Methods

We ship professional beauty equipment via:

  • International express couriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT)

  • Air freight

  • Sea freight

  • Designated logistics channels requested by the buyer

The shipping method will be selected based on device size, weight, destination country, and buyer preference.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time varies by destination and shipping method:

  • Express shipping: approximately 5–10 business days

  • Air freight: approximately 7–15 business days

  • Sea freight: approximately 25–45 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package size, weight, and logistics method.

  • Unless otherwise stated, buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, and local taxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs inspections or clearance issues.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.


Delivery Inspection & Acceptance

Upon delivery, buyers must:

  • Inspect the package and equipment immediately

  • Report any visible damage, missing items, or incorrect products within 48 hours of receipt

  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


Shipping Damage & Risk Transfer

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Packaging is designed to meet international shipping standards for professional equipment.

  • Damage caused during transportation must be reported promptly to allow us to assist with carrier claims.


Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments due to equipment size or availability.


Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
