This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to professional beauty equipment purchased for commercial or business use, including but not limited to beauty salons, clinics, distributors, and resellers.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return request period starting from the date the equipment is delivered.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility (Strict Conditions)
Due to the high value, technical nature, and professional application of beauty equipment, returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met:

The device has NOT been used, installed, activated, or powered on

The device remains in brand-new, resalable condition

All accessories, handpieces, manuals, cables, and spare parts are complete

The device is packed in the original factory packaging

A valid order number and proof of purchase are provided

If the equipment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide clear photos or videos.
After verification, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

Damage caused by improper operation, voltage mismatch, unauthorized modification, or misuse is not covered.

The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to B2B transactions involving professional-use equipment purchased for commercial purposes.
